The public areas — About Saving Grace, Curriculum, Student Portal, Parent Community, Administration and Announcements. Anyone can read these without an account, including parents still deciding about Saving Grace. You need an account to post.

The private areas — the grade communities (Grade R to Grade 12), Parent-to-Parent Support, and the parts of Administration dealing with payments, documents, re-registration and reports. These are visible only to verified Saving Grace parents, and are never shown to search engines. They carry a Parents only badge.

Getting verified — if your child is enrolled with Saving Grace, contact us to have your community account verified. Verification unlocks the private areas.

Asking a good question

Search first — with sixty forums, the answer may already exist. Then post in the most specific forum you can find: a Grade 8 mathematics question does better in the Grade 8 community than in general discussion. Say what you have already tried. And give your child's grade and curriculum if it is relevant, because advice for Grade 2 CAPS rarely transfers to Grade 11 Cambridge.

Who answers

Other parents, mostly — often faster than we can, and frequently with better practical advice. The Saving Grace team answers anything that needs an official position, and those replies are badged as such.
