This forum is for the daily stuck moments — a maths method that does not make sense, an assignment brief that reads two ways, a concept your child has hit for the third time this week.

Where a question belongs

Getting this right saves days. Anything about your child's own work — a specific mark, a piece of feedback, a task that will not submit — goes to their teacher inside Canvas, because that is where the work lives and that is who can see it. Anything about enrolment, fees, documents or access goes to the office.

What belongs here is everything in between: how to explain long division when the video did not land, whether a child should be working alone by Grade 6, what other parents do when a subject becomes a nightly argument. Those are questions other families can answer better than any helpdesk.

How to ask so you get an answer

• Name the grade and the subject in the title. "Grade 7 maths — dividing fractions" gets answered; "Please help" does not.
• Say what your child has already tried, and where exactly it broke down.
• Post the method, not a photograph of your child's workbook — please keep names, learner numbers and personal details out of a public forum.
