The Student Portal is where most day-to-day school life happens, and it is where most technical questions come from. Post anything you are stuck on.

Good things to ask here

• Trouble signing in, or a password that will not reset
• Something that does not appear where you expect it
• A page that will not load, or an error message you do not understand
• Anything on a phone or tablet that behaves differently to a computer

No question is too basic. If you are wondering it, other families are too — and a question asked here once saves the next parent the search.

When reporting a problem, it helps enormously to say which device and browser you are using, and what the screen actually said. Please do not post passwords, and do not post screenshots that show another family or learner.
