Telling Saving Grace about a problem

Last reviewed 23 August 2026

The short answer

Use the feedback form for anything private — a complaint, a concern about your own child, or a suggestion. Use the forums for questions other families would benefit from seeing answered.

There are two routes, and picking the right one gets you a better outcome.

Use the feedback form when it is about you

Complaints, concerns about your own child, billing or account matters, and anything you would not want another family to read belong in the feedback form. It goes only to the Saving Grace team. Nothing sent through it is ever posted publicly or shown on the website.

Use the forums when others would benefit

“How does X work?” is usually a forum question, because four other families are wondering the same thing and the answer becomes findable afterwards.

What helps us act on a complaint

  • What happened, and when.
  • Who you have already spoken to, if anyone.
  • What outcome you are looking for. This one is skipped most often and matters most — an apology, a correction and a change of process are different things.

If a post of yours was removed

Every moderation action is logged with who took it and when, so the school can always tell you what happened to a post and why. Ask through the feedback form.

Anonymous feedback

You may send feedback without signing in and without leaving your name. It will be read. The only cost is that nobody can come back to you about it — so if you want a reply, leave an email address.
